Prepaid Card for teenage Daughter

Any got any idea what the best prepaid card for a 15 year old girl would be (using in the UK).
I tried looking at the Extreme Cred recommended here on the Prepaid page of MSE, but it looks like it's no longer running.
Basically I want to be able to put an allowance on it and it to be usable online (so the allowance is the allowance - rather than just a cash allowance and borrow mum's credit card for online shopping, as is now! :mad:)
