Cellar conversion

Anyone had a cellar conversion? How pricey is it? (cellar is only small, 10ft x 8ft, but has been flooding over winter.)
Should I use a general builder, damp proofing firm or a specialist conversion company? I'm guessing the latter will be the most expensive, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
Any advice or things to watch out for?
Thanks

Hi
You will need to get your cellar tanked first which will need to be done by a specialist company, and its not cheap i'm afraid.
