Holiday Inn Timeshare

Need help and advice, unfortunately we were duped into joining the holiday inn club time share. Tried to feel back to the company but they don't buy back even though they said they did. We have tried to cancel the payments via our credit card but they say they can't stop the payments(even been through the ombusman). Don't know where else to go to.

Have you had legal advice? Laywers often offer a free 30 min consultation, may be worth seeing if there's anything they can do.

Have you told the credit card company that you were miss-sold the TS?
    They may act on that

You could of course 'loose' the credit card and have to have it cancelled
    but speak to legal 1st
