    is it easy to make as i have a bag of designated coconut to use

    you need
    340 grams dessicated coconut
    340 grams icing sugar
    400 gram tin condensed milk
    Put icing sugar and conny milk into bowl together and beat well, then add coconut mixture will be hard to mix at this stage but keep going till all coconut is mixed in , at this point you might want to half the mixture and add a little food colouring for the traditional pink and white effect.
    spread mixture onto a baking sheet and allow to dry overnight cut into small cubes the next day
