Selectspecs - live chat?

I've been trying to contact Selectspecs about an issue with my order that was placed on the 7th of June, (order number: 226829, ticket number: 38102) but have been having some difficulty contacting them as they don't have a phone number. They seem to have a live chat feature on their website, but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have any idea what their typical response time to a ticket is?
