Good luck with this one, for me on Chrome & on IE9 the entry form was behind the YouTube trailer insert. It did look differently in each browser so some may have some luck with it.

Click on "Enter", then click on "share" at the top right of the YouTube trailer and the form comes to the front.

This successfully filled the form for me:-
Click on "Enter"
type full name
TAB
type email
TAB
type telephone number
TAB
TAB
TAB
TAB
press down arrow once (this selects United Kingdom for the country)
TAB
enter d.o.b. in format ddmmyyyy (no slashes eg. 29041981)
TAB
Spacebar (puts a tick in the agree to terms box)
press Enter (or click it if you can see it)[/STRIKE]

I used robo as usual then tab and then space bar to tick the terms and conditions which is hidden! worked a treat
