Unidentified lender on my credit report after a DRO
Hi all - can I have some (more) advice please??
I was discharged from a DRO in September and have finally, after several months of trying, got my credit report updated for all 5 credit cards in the DRO to 'Satisfied'. However, now there is now a new lender on my credit report (under 'Loans') called "Pco Holdco S.A.R.L - Gt Iva Watch" stating that I owe (status: 'Default') them for a loan. I've never dealt with any company called by this name, but Googled it to find that they 'buy' debts..? How on earth will I deal with this now? Who do I contact if I've never dealt with them or heard from them before?
Thank you

Oops, have just searched the forums again with different keywords and see this question has been asked before (sorry
), it seems they have bought the debt on the off-chance that they can get some money out of me... But I still can't find any contact details.. I'm really eager to get my credit report tidied up as quickly as I can so that I can rebuild my credit... Any help appreciated please? 0 -
10 months after posting this last query, I am no closer to finding out who these people are or how to get them to mark my credit report as settled/satisfied
. I'm bumping up this post in the hope that someone might have succeeded in contacting them and help me out, and hopefully to find an answer and inform others of it.
My credit file is marked as "Pco Holdco S.A.R.L - Gt Iva Watch".
My understanding is that this means that the debt was sold to a company called PCO Holdco S.a.r.l but the account is possibly administered by Grant Thornton.
I've written to PCO Holdco at a Luxembourg address that I found. Twice. No response.
I've written to Mark Allen, mark.allen@uk.gt.com, apparently a partner at Grant Thornton in Belfast. No response.
I've never had any communication from these people, and clearly they don't want to communicate with me.
Anyone have any clue as to who to contact next? I'm not going to be able to clear my credit file until I get this debt marked as having been included in my DRO.

Update, in case it's useful to someone: I contacted a very nice lady at grant thornton Sandra.M.Deane@uk.gt.com who is sorting it for me.0

She will thank you for the spam !0

It's on hundreds of other pages all over the internet too anyway, I would have used it much earlier myself if I'd realised who she was! I care more about someone searching on this forum getting an answer than I do about someone getting a bit more spam.0

THis nice lady, Sandra Deane is now with Watch Portfolio Management in northern Ireland. They have taken over IVA Watch from GT I think. However they have placed 4 new defaulted accounts with Noddle and I cannot get them/ her to respond to me other than to say they are looking at it. THe FOS will be hearing from me !0

hi has anybody had any more luck with this , I have just done a credit check after being downturn for a mortgage, I was formally in a IVA with GT that started 26 August 2006 , I finally completed after a lot of hassle on the 08 august 2013 . , I have kept debt free for almost 8 years and was hoping that my credit rating would be improving is time went on. Unfortunately after signing up to Expenian I have been given some very bad news, although me rating is “good” I have a major red mark against me.
From what I can tell this is backlash from my Egg card and loan that should have been settled in 2006. but I still have a red mark against me dating back to 08/09/2013 , as with a lot of other people, from what I have found online, it looks like after Barclays’ bought out Egg they then sold the debt on to PCO Holdco . During my IVA I was told to ignore any contact from this company. But I think now that this was the wrong advice or that GT should have dealt with the matter when it arose.
The rest of my credit check is all fine apart from this
I need to resolve this asap , any help please0 -
All sorted now , contacted Experian , explained the situation and they have updated me credit report and now it is 964 EXCELLENT !!!0
