Additional terms and conditions for 'Win a theatre trip to New York' competition

1. The prize consists of two Economy Class return flights from London Heathrow Airport to New York courtesy of American Airlines (passengers must travel together);2 nights' in four star hotel accommodation, New York; two top priced tickets to see Ghost The Musical at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on Broadway.
2. The prize trip to New York is valid for 6 months from the closing date of 22 June 2012, and is subject to availability. Date exclusions may apply. Prize is as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged. No cash alternative will be offered.
3. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis for two adults sharing.
5. Winners and guests must have valid passports and are responsible for any necessary visas and ESTA. Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of outward travel. Travel insurance, UK and US ground transfers, meals, beverages and any additional hotel expenditure is not included.
