Fitting 'Perfect Fit' Venetian Blinds

Has anyone any experience of venetian blinds which fit just over the glazed area (not the whole frame).
The reason I'm interested in these is because the window handle sticks out about 75mm which prevents close fitting blinds. I'm trying to keep the heat out and the blackout curtains and pull down blinds are awful.

I have them in my lounge. I measured up, ordered over the internet and fitted myself. Very easy. I got mine from another company though.-Keep your eyes to the sunshine and you would not see the shadows-:beer:
