i have downloaded a claims form for my pet insurance how do edit the form so that i can type in my details then send the form off

You probably need to print it off & post it unless they expressly say it has fields you can fill in.

as my pet has a long term illness which means i have to fill in claims forms on a regular basis i want to save the form ,so that it is editable for me to fill in details in word format i hope this makes sense0
