Washing Soda on pans that are not coated or Aluminium will shift it if allowed to soak for a couple of hours. My Mind wanders, if found please return.0

On those very rare:rolleyes: occasions when I've burnt stuff on stainless steel I've found a brillo pad and elbow grease brings it back lovely!:DYou never get a second chance to make a first impression.0

Biological washing powder and water brought to the boil and then simmer for about half an hour should shift the worst of it.0

Or if you can't get it clean go to ikea they have a cheap 24cm frying pan suitable for use twice a week for just 99p. I brought a couple myself and they seem to be pretty light yet sturdy as they are made from aluminium.
