Help with an airline booking

Wondering if anyone can help me here.
I have a booking with Ryanair for 8 of us flying out on Friday morning but one of the party has just broken his foot and will no longer be traveling.
The problem is, how do I now do the online check-in with him in it.

whatever you do, don't try to cancel it, it'll get messy and costly no doubt0
