Vent: mothercare delivery

Tried to order some items from mothercare online with a specified delivery slot (free as ordered over certain amount). Upon payment it wouldn't accept my vouchers so had to go instore for the items.
The store did not have one item in stock, so they ordered it for me, again with free home delivery but this time I couldn't specify a time slot.
Got a text message yesterday to tell me delivery would be between 12-8pm. Waited in all afternoon and evening, nothing.
Called them this morning. One item is on delivery truck, other is still at warehouse. Call staff arranged for delivery of both items on Wednesday.
1hr later I get another text message to tell me delivery is today between 12-8pm. Another afternoon I have to stop in, just incase they turn up?

Half the order arrived Tuesday. Nothing arrived yesterday.
Phoned them up again. They don't know why it's not been delivered but offered to rearrange it again.
Requested refund of remaining item instead as not as essential as other item which I now have. No problem, delivery cancelled call agent goes to refund money... can't be done. I now have to go instore to have money refunded to card as that's where I purchased items. May as well just go down and collect item from store as they have plenty in stock. Had originally picked up one to take with when placing order, but agreed to have it all delivered to make processing the order easier for cashier!Sealed Pot Challenge 2011 #11480 -

You're lucky!!!! We got an 8-8 slot.
I was at work when they finally came and they tried to claim only 3 items to be delivered when the invoice clearly had 4 items on it.
The best bit....... the delivery driver asked my heavily pregnant wife to climb into the truck to help identify it!!!
