SWALEC Boiler Installation Problem

Hi,
Just joined this site for some advice really...
Back in April Swalec salesman came to house and we bought a new combi boiler that was installed a few days later....
Problem - sales person did not pressure test our system and when install was complete combi boiler was not suitable...
we have 0.5 bar of pressure as we are on a shared system...sales person quoted "shower will blow your head off now" we mentioned that the pressure was low but assured us all would be well.
After the install the water pressure was almost non existant and SWALEC came out and the solution was to connect us at their expense to our own supply - fine I thought....
Now the next problem - trench of differnt colour all down our drive to boundry, and water pipe up the entire corner of or dining room with stop tap and drain valve just above the skirting for our 2year old son to turn on and off at his pleasure...
I looks terrible....
What can I do?
The origninal stop tap is in the kitchen under one of the units
SWALEC comment " well mr jones al that work was done for free"
My reply " but its not what we wanted, we didnt want to have a huge trench and pipe in the house"
any help suggestions would be appreciated

Second problem is that installer didn't double check the pressure before he started work but thats bye the bye now.
Perhaps they could have / should have moled it but they didn't. If you have a servieable driveway then there isn't much comeback. Reinstatement doesn't allow for colour matching I'm afraid. You won't get them to do that bit again because you don't like the look of it IMHO.
Box in the pipework and redecorate would seem to be the obvious solution - at their cost I would suggest. Thats probably the best you will get.
Sorry not to be of more help.
