Can you be more specific with your query? What do you need to know?

    Hi Palmervegas

the rla have a good page on how to complete court forms http://www.rla.org.uk/landlord/documents/rent_arrears/complete_courtPapers.shtml
  • Hi
Thanks for coming back to me both.

    Details are:
Tenancy started 13th June 2011 for 6 months. Tenant now on periodic tenancy.
Section 21a notice issued on the 9th April to expire after the 12th June 2011.
My question is, on section 5 of the N5B - It reads as follows: -

On the 09/04/2012, a notice in writing, saying that possession of the premises was required, was served upon the defendant. It was served by: Myself - Hand Delivered (i am enclosing a letter signed from the tenant aswell to say she acknowledged receipt of this).
    It then reads: -
The notice expired on: Is this going to be the 12th June or the 13th June?
    Thanks again

Well what date did the notice say? That will be the date you will need to use unless you are relying on a saving clause. (Only one of those dates is legally correct).
  • The date on the notice is the after the 12th June (last day of the tenancy).

I am hoping this goes through quite quickly as the previous one was rejected because of the date.

    Thanks again
