Cheapest car insurers for Manchester postcode?

I fear I am being penalised heavily for my car insurance(£1k renewal). Does anyone have any advice on insurers who I may have missed? I have tried ALL the comparison sites, Aviva Direct Line etc. Would a broker be worthwhile?

Often where there is a local issue eg river, subsidence or as in your case highly rated post code. A local broker will know which Insurers are sympathetic to the issue so it's worth a try.

Personally I'd avoid Swintons but that might be difficult in your area
