Ebay: my buyer won't pay

Hi all

Just a quick one. I sold an item on Ebay and the buyer has refused to pay.

I opened a NPB case and now the 4 days have passed it says on the case notes I can close it.

The only drop down option is 'close' but on the Ebay help pages it says

To close the case:
  • Log in to the resolution centre and find the case.
  • Under Have you received payment from the buyer?, select Yes or No
I can't see this option on the case page. All I can see is an option to 'Close'.

I don't want to click 'close' and then find out that means this buyer has got away with it.

Can someone please help?

Thanks

Els x

I don't do mine maually so can't help but do know that you can't close it early. If you opened it at 7pm, you can't close it until after 7pm on the 4th day.
  • Thanks. It is over the 4 days and it even says on the case notes 'You can close this case now' but the Ebay help telling me there should be an option to say whether the buyer has paid or not is what's confusing me. I don't really want the buyer to get away with it.

i think when you press close, there'll be another page that asks if they've paid or not and for you to confirm that you want to close the case

it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
  • That's worked.
