Be careful using 24DrTravel insurance

Don't expect any good service from 24DrTravel .... I used 24DrTravel for my family Worldwide Travel insurance and wish I hadn't. This 'moneysupermarket.com' insurer has completely let me down by their on-going failure to fulfill their own written promises. Hard to believe, but true. This shower are just all promises and no action. They just take your money and ignore you. Be very careful.

I'm afraid it is a case of paying peanuts and getting monkeys.

I had a travel policy with them last year, we had a new baby and it must have taken about 6 weeks and countless 'phone calls to finally get them to add my boy to the policy. I spoke to them, Rock Insurance (who the policy was actually with - they couln't help as it was taken out through 24dr) and some other company affiliated with them, but nobody would actually confirm to me that they had added him to the policy.

Never again.

I have been searching for worldwide travelinsurance that will cover me for pre-existing medical conditions.24Dr Travel say they cover pre-existing conditions but there are so many conditions attached that I suspect that many people will be caught out.They may be cheap but I for one would not even consider taking out a policy with them. There are too many potential get out clauses to enable them to avoid paying out.Please read their conditions very carefully before parting with your money.
