Guaranteed Standards Of Service (GSOS) - Relates To Missed Appointments
Incase this is of use to anyone, here is a copy of the standards which were updated in April 2010.

Suppliers may choose to give more if they wish. Payments from suppliers were brought inline between gas & elec years ago since the standards were all different hence not customer friendly.
Gas is quoted on here as £20 for appointments but to my knowledge, Ofgem's change to £22 in 2010 was made across the board on the supplier end.
