    I am starting to tackle a weight issue myself, I've found a great fruit and veg stall which is very needed and extremely cheap. I've learned to make meals from scratch which has helped. I've also got some smaller plates for smaller portions made to look big. And I'm trying to get in the habit of snacking on fruit.

    It gets easier with time. Just try to make sure you always have plenty available, as well as nuts and seeds etc, so that is there for you to reach for when peckish.

    I did Cambridge but i was paying over £40 per week?
    i no longer could justify spending that amount when i could use it to pay bills and feed my children better ..i lost 3 stone with cwp and i put 4 right back on now i follow the slimming world extra easy and have over 3 stone off in 8 mnths i eat healthy and i am not paying out all that money each week and yes i was very obese i still am i have health problems as well but cwp is a quick short fix.

    I find eating 8 or 9 portions of fruit and veg a day doesnt leave much room for anything else.
