Is it possible to add a BIN price with an auction with bids on?

About 10 days ago with 3 minutes left on my auction it was pulled for containing "adult material" with loads of bids on it.
After advice I changed it and relisted it with a BIN price & auction, again loads of bids, again pulled at last minute for containing "adult material"!!!
Following another members advice on here I listed 2 of the items from the original auction as the current auction and put the rest as free for the winning bidder (removed the BIN), listed last night currently have 5 bids up to £16 and a load of watchers.
A previous customer has now asked where has the BIN option gone, she is willing to pay that price, how do I allow her to do this? I am happy with the price she is willing to pay (and would rather have them sold before they are pulled again!!).
They are not "adult material" incase anyone thinks I'm a pervert!!!

Any BIN option will disappear as soon as a bid is placed as long as any reserve price has been met.
It is not therefore possible to add a BIN now you have bids.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks Soo
So is there any way round this, or will I just have to let the auction run till Sunday and hope it doesn't get pulled at the last minute again?I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.
