Redundancy Advice Needed

Hello, wondering if someone can provide some advice on my redundancy situation.
We were put on consultation Monday 23rd April, but were advised in a meeting on Tuesday 8th May that a decision had been made to centralise our work making all admin jobs redundant within my branch.
We had a letter which I thought to be sufficient notice however following another thread on here I soon realised it wasn't and chased up this point. I have now received an official letter explaining why redundancy is happening etc, with a finish date being no later than 27th July.
All letters i've had mention that if alternative employment is found then early release would be an option, with no effect to any residual notice period or redundancy, however...I have been offered 2 jobs and they will not release me. So for this reason I have provided my company with 4 weeks notice (as per my contract of employment) advising I wish to leave early and asked for no financial penalty regarding notice / redundancy.
The three problems I have are:
I (or any of my colleagues) still haven't received a financial statement showing redundancy figures, holidays owed etc. How soon should this be sent out, as I have a girl who is leaving on Thursday, and 3 the following week. I have chased this twice with the HR Manager, and today with our company director who is in charge of HR but I appear to be getting fobbed off.
Secondly...Should my company acknowledge my e-mail advising i've provided 4 weeks notice. I thought they should out of sheer courtesy but i've heard nothing and despite chasing this point up i've been greeted with that lovely wall of silence.
Lastly...As i've told them i wish to terminate my employment they've told me I can no longer attend interviews even though I am on redundancy. Is this right? Bear in mind I have told them that I want to leave in 4 weeks.
If anyone can provide any advice I would be greatful, as I appear to be getting no where fast with other employment websites.
Many thanks

Do you have anything that can be considered notice of termination by reason of redundancy?
Have you looked up the rules giving counter notice?
Once on notice reasonable time to find another job with 2/5 of one week being paid is all an eployer needs to give.
If you give counternotice then you no longer need time off, you have a job to go to.0
