Ordered a washing machine through Tesco online.
Delivery date set for 2 days later. Night before had a text message confirming delivery between 8am and 1pm. Then quarter to eight the next morning a call from the delivery guys confirming delivery between 8am and 10am. Half 8 they turned up, brought the new machine up the stair, unwrapped and hung around for us to check for damage, then took all packaging away again.
Very happy and cheery delivery guys too.
