TK MAXX delivery... anyone else been caught?

Hi everyone. Newbe here. Has anyone else had problems with TK MAXX delivery?

I ordered from TK Maxx who use delivery firm Hermes and when my dress didnt arrive, I went on line and tracked it and found that they claimed it had been delivered and signed for the previous day. I have advised them that I have not recieved it but they prefer the word of their courier over me and have kept my money. I am looking to take legal action if necessary and I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? I am amazed that they allow this to happen and simply expect the customer to pay up anyway..

dont use their on line service is my advice--it clearly isnt safe

Have you double checked the delivery address TK Maxx had and also asked for a copy of the delivery signature?

Insist that you be provided with a copy of the delivery note and signature panel. If they will not provide it, demand a refund as they have not proved the goods were delivered.

Don't get dragged into a fight between TK Maxx and Hermes. Tell TKMaxx that your agreement was with them. It is their job to provide you with proof of delivery or refund your money. They can claim is back from the courier.
