Tps

Hi all. Me and my wife received invoices 6 months ago from a car park operated by Total parking solutions when they sneakily changed the T+C of parking overnight. We have had 5 threatagrams each now. Am I right in saying TPS don't take anyone to court?
Also my Father had one from VP parking solutions last week and I can't find any reference to any court case for them also. My Dad is 70 years old and is inclined to pay to get them off his back but I need to convince him otherwise.
From reading a lot of threads in this forum I noticed some companies have never taken anybody to court and I think TPS and VP/AS securiti are two of them.

what can they take you to court for ?
Failing to pay an impersonation of Authority scam ?
They will lose if they try and lose badly>
Tell Grumps, they wont go away if he pays, they keep coming back for more money in mysterious late payment charges and he will have to ignore them sooner or later, so best to start now whilst his wallet is still full.

How can they take you to court. They do not know who was driving at the time. Unless you were mug enough to tell them. All they got from the DVLA was the name of the registered keeper. Not that of the driver, who has no requirement to admit that it was him or her, or to tell them who the driver actually was.
    Keep taking the "ignore" tablets.

With the present position in law, no parking company can take anyone to court in respect of someone else's car park- established by two cases heard last month.

So ignore the dummies, do not waste any time on them as the only actual action they can take is to skulk off with their tail between their legs.

This is nothing more nor less than a scam. Understand it, and equally important make sure your Dad does. Their favourite targets are the older generation who tend to trust these official looking scams.

None of you owes them a single penny; so pay what you owe.

Thanks for the support. I have got my Dad to read this forum and he is much more confident to ignore VP parking now.
