Poor car repair

hi all, a little advise if possible please
on may 12th 2012 a large van decided to reverse into me and damage my car side on,
my insurance(RSA) promptly dealt with my claim and very quickly, got their recommended garage to collect the car and repair the damage.
2 weeks later they returned my car fully repaired and looking like new, however upon closer inspection some of the resprayed panels were of the orange peel effect and i promptly complained, the garage arranged for my car to be collected and yet another hire care and they insisted that this was a very rare incident and the 2 doors + bumper would be re sprayed..
another 8 days passed and i was called and informed that the car was ready for collection, and i went to collect it, and upon inspection they had corrected the 2 doors, but not touched the bumper!!
they promised to contact me the next day(31-5-12) to arrange yet more re work, i've heard nothing since!!
could anyone please advise as to what i can do in respect to my rights, etc?
kindest regards
