Holding your mouse pointer over the link usually reveals the nature of the target, provided you have the relevant option enabled. In this case it's a small file which tells its associated program where to get the larger file you actually wanted.0 -
Xboot allows you to build a custom (i.e. more than one ISO) USB OR CD/DVD, with a handy menu for you to choose which of the contained ISOs you wish to boot from. I've got a stick with hiren's, puppy linux and avira rescueCD, built with Xboot.

You just add them to the list in the build stage, then burn
note:- with hiren's, you also need to add the HBCD folder to the root of the stick or CD...me and DebitCardMayhem (and some others) had a thread/discussion about it a while back, search the forum for it and it'll help......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -

One may have been spud he'll be around soon
But of course all you need to is to burn a bootable CD with Grub on it and then edit the boot line and select whatever you want to boot before the default loads

The best one I find is YUMI = http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/
Put the Linux iso on first, then Hirens.
You can have loads of iso's on a 16Gb USB. I usually have Parted Magic as the first one, then Hirens, then puppy; followed by anything I fancy playing with. You can delete isos (folders) as you require, you then need to delete the iso named file in the menu folder - in the multiboot folder.0 -

But to be serious, I wouldn't know how to edit anything. The disc I want to burn has a couple of GRUB utilities on it already, namely Grub4Dos installer 1.1 and universal boot loader GRUB for DOS GRLDR installer.
grub4dos 2011-12-06 an universal boot loader based on GNU GRUB, can boot off DOS/LINUX or via Windows boot manager/syslinux/lilo or from MBR/CD, builtin BIOS disk emulat
