A&L and MBNA

MBNA want to settle my ppi claim for the amount I paid (about 20 quid). I always paid in full so never any interest charges. Their argument is that when my CC changed from A&L I had the chance to opt-in/out; I don't recall such. The payment is 'full and final'.
My question is, is it and should it be - 'full and final'.
This sound like the sort of legalese that that got them in to the mess in the 1st place.
Any advise/clarification is welcome. N

If you always paid your bill in full every month, there probably wont be much as there shouldnt have been an outstanding balance.
Seems fair to me.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

This really depends on whether they can provide proof that you then opted into the insruance. If they can then you will struggle to take it any further.0
