Reclaimed charges from studio cards

Just received a cheque from studio for £ 397 for charges waiting to hear back from them for ppi didnt realise how much you can claim back waiting to hear from 3 catalogue companys about charges i have been successful from new look store card got money back for charges and creation who cleared my account and refunded £6oo so its surprizing how much you can get back so dont delay send a letter today....

I sent a Terms and conditions request to Studio a week ago at the Preston office enclosing a £1 cheque, they cashed the cheque which I thought was good news, but they just took the pound off my account!!! I`m not sure who else to contact. Do I just go to the ombudsman. If I don't get a reply?0

Sorry to hijack your thread but I had two accounts with Studio and I dont believe I ever got the chance to state whether I wanted PPI or not and likewise I dont know if they included it??
Do Studio automatically include PPI in their 'service charge'....?0
