How can I claim back credit card fees?

Sorry if I'm asking the obvious but how do I go about claiming back late payment fees on my credit card (are there any other fees I can claim)? I've looked around the site but can't find the right part/page? Thanks in advance.

So am I barking up the wrong tree then? I'm sure I read somewhere that as well as being able to claim back dubious bank fees (which I'm in the process of doing) it was also possible to claim back credit card fees. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.0

Its more or less same process as for bank charges.
