Hey,
My sister sold a sofa on the 2nd of march and they paid by paypal straight away but the payment still hasnt gone into her bank account.
Can anyone help please?

When did she transfer the money out from her Paypal account to her bank, it usually takes about a week or so0

if the person has paid by Paypal....It doesnt automatically go to your bank account....your sister has to log in to her paypal and request the amount be transferred to her bank...otherwise it will just sit in her paypal account....
It should then show in her bank account around 6 working days after she has done the transfer from Paypal to her bank...0 -

if the amount is showing as available balance...then she hasnt transferred it to her bank account yet...0

to transfer the money to the bank you need to click on "Withdraw" tab at top of page...
then click on transfer funds to bank account
It then asks how much you want to transfer, and a box which confirms the bank details to transfer to0 -
The money would have cleared from the buyers account for it to show in your sisters paypal account so it is all fine! it takes about 5-7 days to transfer from paypal to bank account and you have to do it manually!
