Hi,
Currently getting quotes from a few agents for German kitchen suppliers, how do the following companies stack up on the quality and value for money scale?
Hacker
Schuller
Brigitte
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Anskills
The quick answer is that Hacker and Schueller are middle market German brands and Brigitte is a lower market product. You will probably find there is less doors in the range compared to Hacker and Schueller.
I must say though that your trust in your kitchen designer is far more important than which German kitchen make you choose. For example we (the other half and I) do Schueller kitchens, we choose to do Schueller as our lower to middle market offering, we also do a top flight German make as well. But I always say that customers come to us because of who we are and our reputation not because we do a particular German make.
So find a company you trust that is hopefully recommended to you by someone you know who has used them.
Good luck

I think its worth clarifying further that Hacker Classic and Schueller C1 are going to be very similar to Brigitte in terms of product specification and features. Both hacker and Schueller offer higher spec /high priced products as well that will give you more flexibility, variety etc. We’ve had to remove your signature. interesting, it is the hacker classic diva product that i am primarily interested in from a local small independent.

however i have also been speaking to another even smaller independent who has the sole scottish franchise to brigitte.
both of them inspire me with confidence, and have been surprisingly close to matching the prices of the sheds (circa £6k inc all appliances for a medium size galley kitchen) and i would be happy to go with either to be honest. the brigitte guy has came up with a very individual design, with break out fronts at hob and sink, which to be honest might be a little out there for me, but he certainly knows his stuff. the hacker guy is equally good although a little more refined and has intently listened to my needs in the design.
i think the prices will be similar, as will the layouts due to the restricted space, therefore it will most likely come down to which is the better product i guess.0 -
any more thoughts on this, would be keen to hear more about how hacker and brigitte match up?!0
