Next directory help!!

Hi I phoned up NEXT directory and found out that I have een paying PPI since the year 1999!!!!! This was an opt out scheme that I never knew I had. People seem to have had loads of difficulty reclaiming......please does anyone have any advice for me please in where to start!!??

Oh, that's terrible! You've been paying for something for over a decade and you didn't even know you had it?

It doesn't sound like much of an opt out if you weren't given the option to opt out does it?

I suggest you make a claim. Follow the advice given by Martin & his team on how to do this.

hi I like you had been paying ppp with next directory since 1990 till i realised this 2010,had absolutely no luck with next reclaiming ppp,next attitude was appalling,so i have now gone with a company to try and reclaim back what i had paid,my advice to you is to go down this road,even though next seem to be not replying to them they will probably be more successful than joe bloggs (US) im so disgusted with next,good luck hope you get some where
