My son had a bump whilst driving on dec 05. aged 17. How long is his insurance premium affected?

Hi, I believe that they affect the premium for 3 years.0

The question is asked "have you or any driver had any accidents claims or incidents within the last 5 years, regardless of blame and whether or not the subject of an insurance claim" so you have to declare for 5 years. It will be up to the underwriter as to how they load the premium based on the information you give. You do have to declare for 5 years thoBaby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0

Both 3 and 5 years can be right.Direct Line and RBS connected companies only ask for accidents in the last 3 years to be declared.0
