How does this bread recipe sound?

I have just chucked this all in the bread maker... do you think it will turn out ok?? :confused: I'm not normally one for not using a recipe!

Carrot Bread
1 1/4 tsp yeast
250g Strong White Flour
100g Rye Flour ( i had no wholemeal left!)
1tsp salt
1/2tbsp thyme
1 1/2tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 big carrot
1tbsp milk powder
1/2 vit c tablet
100ml water

its on the rapid wholewheat bake/small loaf.

    :D Hi, Loren! Looks a lovely recipe. Water seems a bit light, though :confused: I use 350ml for 500g flour, and often a smidge more for brown/rye flour, as they absorb more.

    I'm not agreat on e for recipes, either :D except for baking - where I think a bit of precision is needed.

    I think the carrot is going to be a bit lumpy.

    You should have grated it first :)

    Hehehe i knew there was something wrong when the breadmaker started clanging! :rotfl:

    I used less water because of all the carrot juice (just goes to check) its actually quite sticky so fingers crossed it will be ok.

    Will let you know what its like when it comes out

    I ment i normall can't do anything without a recipe but this one i just adapted from the wholemeal one in my instruction book.
