Delay in delivery - Sainsburys

Hi all,
I bought a wardrobe from Sainsburys Online a while back and it was stated that delivery would be within 3-4 weeks.
After 4 weeks I phoned to ask on progress of the order as I hadn't had the promised phone call. Eventually they found the order, but due to a computer error it hadn't actually been ordered.
We are now in week 6, where do I stand?
They are trying to keep me informed, but whenever they ring its "the IT department haven't made any progress"?!
Any advice/ammunition I can use against them would be appreciated.

You could write, email is ok, and cancel you order at any time and receive a full refund.
You could state that if you don't receive the goods by (say) 25 June then you will cancel.0 -
If delivery is 3/4 weeks and the wardrobe only got ordered 2 weeks ago there's still another 2 week's for the wardrobe to arrive.0

They ordered 6 weeks ago. The OP says that.0 -

They also say 4 weeks later the item hadn't been ordered due to an error.0
