Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for all entries as stated in the ‘This Morning’ programme (the “programme”).

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday 17 June 2012.

· Competition closes for entries online at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, 22 June 2012.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 93 33 33 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and calls from mobiles may cost considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 83336 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 83336 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

Winner selection & contact:

The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions. The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date. The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the draw date in accordance with Clause 4.2 of the ITV General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of the following:

Cash

A cheque for £30,000 (thirty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only and deliverable within 28 days of winner confirmation.

Argos giftcard

A pack of 25 (twenty-five) giftcards each valued at £200 (two hundred pounds) for a total value of £5,000 (five thousand pounds) to spend on items in-store at Argos (the “giftcards”). The giftcards are valid for 5 years from date of issue (as printed on the back of each giftcard) and can be redeemed for goods and services in Argos stores only. The giftcards cannot be spent online.The value of any monetary balance of the giftcards may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative prize. Use of the giftcards is subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider and/or supplier, which can be viewed at www.argos.co.uk.

A selection of BRITA products (“Brita products”) including:

· a Breville BRITA Stainless Steel Filter Kettle;

· a Breville BRITA Hot Cup Energy Saving Hot water dispenser;

· a Bosch BRITA Filtrino Fast Cup Hot water dispenser;

· a Morphy Richards BRITA Filter Kettle; and

· a BRITA MAXTRA 2x 6 packs of replacement cartridges

The BRITA products element of the prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred including but not limited to additional filters and equipment, set-up assistance, warranties, insurance, any other supplementary products and services and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address) unless otherwise provided. The winner is required to follow the relevant instructions given to use the BRITA products. Colour choices are not available. Subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant. Upon delivery, the winner may be required to provide their signature as proof of receipt.
