Egg Card PPI - Who to contact?

Apologies if this question has already been asked, but a search brings up a lot of threads about food shopping

Who is the company to contact re. PPI on an old Egg card. I think it is Barclays but want to check.

I'm going to ened to start from scratch to get the account number etc, so want to make sure I start in the right place. If anyone happens to have any experience of that, any advice appreciated.

I'm new here but have just noticed a sticky thread at the top of the page called A-Z of Bank Addresses.

For Egg cards, the address appears to be:

Egg Card Services
Riverside Road
Pride Park
Derby
DE99 3GG

Hi,

I closed my Egg card about 18 months or so ago and was told by Egg that it is the Derby address (given above) that you need to contact as they did not pass on closed account details to Barclaycard when they took over.

thanks! still need to work out how to contact egg to get my card number, but this is a good start

I just sent a SAR to the above address saying that I had a Blue/green accounts and they sent the info needed.

mt7x2 - thanks, hope you don't mind, have sent you a PM just to find out a bit more, have only done one other PPI claim, but it was quite straight forward as I had the original loan agreement.

Hi,

I am also starting from scratch trying to find out about an Egg credit card I had years ago, but don't have the account number or any statements.

If I write to the address provided below, what do I say in my letter to them? Will they be able to provide me with past details of the account with just my name and date of birth for example?

Any advice appreciated.
