They are also known as Insure & Go. Lots of bad experiences reported here and across the net.

Are "Annual Travel Insurance.com" the same people as Insure & Go trading under another name ? - cos the claims handlers for Annual Travel Insurance.com are Travel Claim Services.

Travel Claims services are useless in the extreme and do not appear to know one end of a policy from another, it maybe that the insurance itself is ok but the claims handlers are so inexperienced they don't know what they are doing.

Travel Claim Services are the claim handling part of Insure + Go.

Presumably they also do claim handling for other operators who don't have an in house claim handler.
