They are also known as Insure & Go. Lots of bad experiences reported here and across the net.

Are "Annual Travel Insurance.com" the same people as Insure & Go trading under another name ? - cos the claims handlers for Annual Travel Insurance.com are Travel Claim Services.
Travel Claims services are useless in the extreme and do not appear to know one end of a policy from another, it maybe that the insurance itself is ok but the claims handlers are so inexperienced they don't know what they are doing.0 -
Travel Claim Services are the claim handling part of Insure + Go.
Presumably they also do claim handling for other operators who don't have an in house claim handler.0
