mobile phone claim - urine

I'm insured with lifestyle services UK via Lloyd's and my son was a sleep and didn't realise my phone came out of my pocket which he was sitting on and he had a little accident which meant the phone was drenched in wee.... just wondering if this sort of thing would be accepted as a valid claim?

The policyholder should phone the company to ask. People on MSE don't authorise claims and these phone Insurers are notorious for finding ways to decline claims. So it makes no odd, if anyone on MSE had a view on this.
But in my view unlikely to be accepted. They will want the phone inspected, if water damage is covered. It would depend on what the damage report stated. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
