I did it,it went very smoothly with no interruption in service although the customer service from Primus meant as soon as my years contract was up,I switched to O2.
And I didn't find the 'saver' very saving,as my average bill was around £20,an I hardly used the phone, prefering my mobile.

How come your average bill was £20 with Primus if you hardly use the phone especially if it is free from 6pm on the 7.99 deal?

    VAT &,as they put it,charges & adjustments.
And as I was out of work at the time, a lot of companies aren't open after 6pm when you're job hunting.

Are you saying that £7.99 is really £9.59? As for the 6pm wouldn't you have the same problem with O2?
Just checked that, it appears that all quoted prices are inclusive of Vat.
    As per Homephonechoices:
    6. Is VAT included in the prices?

Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
