Barclaycard - charges relcaim?

Excuse my ignorance but I've looked through the rest of the site and am unable to find any refrence to claiming back charges on credit cards.
Is this because the credit agreements are different and thus not bound by the same regulations?
I am looking at trying to reclaim charges from Barclaycard but am now assuming this cannot be done?
Any advice much appreciated.

Hi there the reason I am on this web site and joined this forum is for the same reason I have loads of charges from credit cards one of them Barclays.
A friend of mine has suggested calling the Citizens Advice Beauro. Good luck and if I get any advice I will let you know0 -
