Hello.
I am a newbie to this forum.
I have moved into a new house with a Belcon Garage Door which during the moving process i seem to have lost the keys that open it!
The easy solution was to call out a locksmith which I did only for the locksmith to take out the old barrel, go off for parts and then never turn up again after i gave him £85 for the job - Trading Standards have been informed.
I now have a garage that is being kept shut by my car in front of it.
I want to be able to replace the cylinder on the handle.... I really don't want to have to fork out for a whole new handle with cylinder when I already have a good enough handle with a hole where the cylinder should be.
Can anybody point me in the right direction as to what cylinder I should purchase, if any, and maybe give some advice on how to install the cylinder.
Many Thanks.
Daniel

Hi,
a quick search for 'belcon garage door lock', finds this, which you could fit yourself, as long as fixing holes are same distance apart, could've saved yourself about £60.
