Santander £100 Switch Bonus Help

Dear Friends,

I switched to Santander in November 2011 due to being un happy with the customer service of HSBC. As a result i qualified for there £100 switch bonus, which i recieved in Feburary 2012. I can not to begin to list all the problems i have had with them in the recent months but to name a few, problems withdrawing money in the bank, waiting 14 days for a new debit card after mine was stolen, and direct debits being mysteriously canceled, to which i put an official complaint in and 4 months later i still havent had any response.
My question is, after trawling the net i cant find any information about if i leave, which im going to do, do i have to pay back the £100 switching bonus. I have been a member 7 months and want my current account and savings in another bank.

Many thanks for any help
