Hi just a quick query. My Dad can't access his emails in Tiscali. It's Windows 7 Internet Explorer. He clicks on an email to open it and gets a error saying it could be corrupted. On the desktop PC I click on the email and nothing happen on Windows Vista Firefox.
Any ideas?

From your references to Internet Explorer and Firefox, one presumes you're trying to use webmail? How do I add a signature?0

I had this with webmail as well. I had to use to use the email I'd set up on the computer instead, then they opened ok.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
It happened to me yesterday - I left it a few hours then logged back on, and all was fine.0

My tiscali email often refuses to load. Leave it a bit and it works. Don't really use it much though. Prefer others. As surely as night follows day capitalism will come crumbling down. On a mission to secure a just and ethical society.0

Thought I would let everybody know I went in a couple of minutes later and it was working again. I was a bit worried because the laptop got a virus which MSE dealt with.
I've told Dad to go to a different email provider like yahoo or hotmail. Tiscali can be a bit tempermental.0 -
This is a known ongoing issue since the talktalk takeover - they are on a big program of merging all the individual ISPs involved e-mail systems onto the TT platform....it's getting there, but there is still some disruption whilst the changeover is in progress......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0
