Hi,
using the Online Step Account, it converts your step into kms, and using that I've worked out that I walk at 2150 steps to the mile, though you may be different, wee'er feet, bigger steps, quicker walker, whatever. :rotfl:0 -

I'm afraid it was a bit of a 'you can't expect much for nothing' scenario in my experience. For instance, by the time I had pulled down my jeans to have a pee and had pulled them back up again it had clocked 10 steps
I became curious when I logged over 50 steps on a short bumby car journey over a farmtrack LOL!
Never mind - the bars were nice and for some reason I got sent two; so I'm not complaining!
