Been following your other posts too. Hope this works out as it all just adds to your stress! My OH has mental health problems (doesn't do post, phone calls, etc) and it can be a nightmare. Luckily I can do all the stuff he can't. Maybe she could forward all her post on to you weekly and then you can read it all! Anyway, good luck with the case x0

She went to solicitor today and he said they haven't got a leg to stand on with the fraud charges as she was honest with them from the beginning
He also said it appears they are punishing her for their c@ck up.....just as i thought....DEBT FREE AND PROUD
