Complaint: Sachas Hotel Manchester and Olotels Booking

Just want to warn other users about Olotels and Sachas Hotel in Manchester (Tib Street). Hotel is great location, but just that. I've included a review on TripAdvisor with score of terrible.
I booked through Olotels website. Why did I? Because I didn't have much time and needed to book a hotel quickly.
Normally I take time to read other guest reviews first. When I booked, I saw three star and "special price" £60 on the website. There are no reviews included on the website as far as I can see. That's why I went ahead and booked it, thinking I had a great deal.
I just tried to leave a review of the hotel, and Olotels booking service / website. I couldn't post the reviews because it kept saying I hadn't filled in all fields, but I had. I have sent a complaint to Olotels via email stating this.
