Probably the same number of dealers who give bike serviceing free. Since a dealer has to sell the stock he has already paid for, to increase sales he contracts with an intermediary who will offer to pay for the machine and let the biker pay up the purchase to an agreed schedule, the arrangement being anything from a Personal Contract or Hire Purchase, or one of the many alternatives.

As it is the finance house that has to ensure the buyer is who they say they are and have a track record of paying their obligations, it will be a foregone conclusion that before you get to push the bike out the showroom, you will have been credit checked and the risk assessed. Only when the finance house is satisfied will they give the dealer the OK to supply the bike and register it, also noting the financial interest of the finance house.

So in essence, with 'responsible lending' being the watchword, the chances of getting a credit deal without a credit check would be slim to none.

You won't get a bike on finance without a credit check.

"Oh look I have a !!!! credit record, so won't pass a credit check
give me this 3 grand bike and I promise ill pay you"

    Never gonna happen.

There's a reason you don't want a credit check done, and this is exactly
the reason they do credit checks, to stop chancers like you strolling off
with a fee grand worth of bike, with no intention of honoring their liabilities.

Really, you're living in a fantasy world if you think anybody would allow this
    to happen.

You must get your credit file sorted as it could cause you numerous other headaches. There is plenty of expert help in the money sections of this forum as to how to sort out problems with your credit file so I'd get a thread started and get advice which should hopefully resolve the issues. It doesn't guarantee you'll get finance but getting any errors which negatively affect your file removed is clearly beneficial.

The answer to your question as above is no, it would clearly be irresponsible for a garage to sell a bike on finance with no credit check. The likes of payday lenders are generally not very strict on their lending criteria but they balance that with very high APRs, low limits and aggressive collection tactics. Even if you were to get some sort of finance, if there's problems on your credit file you'd be paying through the nose for it.
