Household Bills guide

Afternoon all

Is there a guide set up anywhere online (or on here) to give a guide to a FTB, and the rough price guide with regards to monthly bills each month - Gas, electric, water rates etc.

Obviously the amounts will differ due to location/house type etc, just looking for a rought guide as putting an in depth budget together at the moment..

cheers
BL

EDIT

This is based (loosely) on a 2 bedroom semi detached in the S12/S20 (Sheffield outskirts) area.

What type of property and roughly what size i.e. large, small? How many occupants?

For example in one area I lived in water rates for a 3 bed house was approx £210 per year I moved 7 miles away to a large 2 bed flat and the water rate with the same water company worked out as £325 a year. Council tax was the same for both properties approx £1200 per year.

Edited to say: a water meter would have made the 2 bed flat have the same water bill as the 3 bed house due to the type and number of occupants. I asked the neighbours on water meters their bill amounts.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)

council tax bandings are available online for particular postcodes, and if you enter the general details into Uswitch, that'll give you an average power cost
